The dining table is the perfect place to share a meal or gather to play games. The house is stocked with plenty of books and games to keep everyone entertained. Open the expansive four-panel sliding doors to instantly bring the inside and outside together.
The master bedroom serves as a private retreat with a king-sized bed, 40-inch flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a spacious walk-in closet, and a large sliding door offers easy access to the lanai.

This villa has a split bedroom floor plan. The stylish guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the home, providing extra privacy. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds (can be joined together to form one king-sized bed on request), and 24" flat-screen TV. A desk and complimentary wireless internet allow easy access to stay connected to the world. Spacious closets and full dressers making unpacking a breeze. The shared guest bathroom has a traditional tub shower combination.

Indulge in the luxury of a gorgeous, electric heated pool, enclosed in a screened cage for privacy. The lanai offers plenty of seating for outside dinners and family gatherings. The southern exposure will provide all-day sunshine. The fenced backyard provides a secure and private space for outdoor activities or serene moments amidst the lush tropical surroundings.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, or create fun tropical drinks to sip poolside. There is plenty of pantry space, and a large refrigerator and freezer with filtered water and ice. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
